Final Report PLN
Before starting this class, I had no clue what a blog, twitter, and PLN was . After completing this course I composed my PLN of important things that I have learned and used in class. I am following different teachers on twitter that I can use if I need assistance and different class blogs if I need them as reference for assignments or in my professional career. I also, have a list of teachers phone numbers on my computer that are more than happy to help me if I need help.
I have created a Word Document instead of using Symbaloo. My word document consist of a table that has different sites, so I can go back and forth and it has everything that I am going to utilize in my professional career.

McClung Class Blog: Finding Someone
The class blog I had this week was Mr.McClung Class Blog, titled Finding Someone. In his blog he discussed about vocational and techincal education for children in 8th grade. My comment on this blog said,"Hello! My name is Greta Miller. I am a student in EDM 310 at the University of South Alabama. I think it is important to give 8th graders information on technical and vocational schools. Not all children are going to go to college letting them know that their is other options out there for them.
Ms.Yollis Project 365: 306 The Day of One
The class blog I had this week was Ms. Yollis Project 365: 306 The day of One. She was asking if anyone had any interesting dates because date was 11-11-11. My comment for this week was,Dear Mrs. Yollis,It was neat to experience 11-11-11. My little sisters both have interesting birthdays their birthdays are August 9 and July 8. In 2009 and 2010 there birthdays were 8-9-10 and 7-8-9. From,Greta, EDM310 Student at the University of South Alabama.
Heremania@Pt Endland School
The child I had this week was Heremania at the Pt Endland School. The title of her blog was, " Visiting Saturn", in her blog she was discussing about her imaginary test to lift off to the planet Saturn. My comment to her was,"Hi. My name is Greta Miller. I attend the University of South Alabama. I really enjoy your different test you had to do before lifting off to Saturn. Why Saturn? I would go to Jupiter or Mars."
C4T: Summary #4
My forth C4T was Titled,"The Power of Educational Technology" it was written by Liz Harris. On Oct 24,2011,she wrote a blog post titled Marching Backward into the Future. She was talking about shaping out students for the future and their destiny. My comment to Mrs.Harris Blog was,"Ms. Davis, I enjoyed reading your blog. I believe technology is our future and technology is going to be more and more involved in the school system. Now,schools are using Kindles and I-pads to teach children."
The next blog was titled, "5 things I hate about Kindle Fire", she was giving her input on Kindle Fire on the list of things that she didnt like about it. My comment to her was, " Thank you for your input on the Kindle Fire, I was trying to decide which one I wanted to buy."

Blog Post 14
On Box of Tricks Internet Resources for Education, he has listed over 100 free internet resources for teachers. The sites that I thought are neat and would like to try in the classroom are:
- Alice- you can have the students create a world of their own and have to give a presentation on their world.
- Block Poster- You can have the children create a drug awareness poster and post the poster in the classroom.
- Go Animate- You can have the children create a movie trailer on their favorite book or a time period in history.
- Zooburst - You can have the children create a short book of their on specific genre of book.
- ZimmerTwins-You can have the children create a short movie of their choice and have them share there story aloud to the class.
After watching the Top ten tips for using technology in the classroom, I agree with Jose Picardo tips he stated on the site. But, most teachers do not use the tips but as a teacher I am going to try and incorporate all of his ideas to teaching.

Special Assignment 1
Write a post about why we use metaphors. Give examples in history and literature and even EDM310.
The reason why people use metaphors is to add interest to what the reader is reading and to entice the reader into deeper thinking into what you are trying to get across to people that are reading your writing. We them every day to enhance our communications and our lives. Metaphors help us to think more carefully about our subject like politics. Metaphors can be interpreted by different people to mean different things. We use metaphors in our daily lives a example is "its raining like cats and dogs.". Some example of metaphors used in history, literature and EDM 310 are:
- "It's not that, either. I have a journal article about how students who use pencils at home have lower standardized test scores. So, for the love of test-taking, we need to stop our students from taking home pencils."
- Bringing the past alive.
- Frozen in Time.
- This place will always be a part of me.
- "All the world's a stage" (Shakespeare).

Instructions:
Watch the following videos:
1. Dont Laugh at Me
2.
In a paragraph summarize what you have seen in the following videos and how you can use these videos in your classroom.
Both of these videos show the effects of cyber-bullying. The videos made a clear point to show how harmful cyber-bullying is and what it does to our students. School needs to be a place where our students feel safe and a place where we foster optimal learning. Cyberbullying has several negative effects on adolescent, like decrease quality of there academic work. Many students have the attitude that adults in school will not do anything about cyber-bullying. I will as a educator do something about cyber-bullying because I was a victim of it and I will not let anyone go through the pain it caused me. I will punish a student for cyber bullying if it is done on school grounds and/or it is interrupting valuable class learning. We most sponsor events to provide awareness and education to help stop bullying from occurring in our school and classroom.

Revisited: November 6,2011
"Do you Teach or Do You Educate"
After watching this video, I believe all children should be given the opportunity to learn. Children need hands-on experiences that are linked to more than one way to learn. They need to feel, do, see, etc. They should be taught concepts in more then one way, and it should be fun. The role of a teacher is to create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning. The classroom must be free from distractions. The classroom must be engaging to all children. The teacher's role is to do what he or she can do to engage children an activities that lead to a deeper learning and understanding.
Tom Johnson's Dont Let Them Take the Pencils Home!
In John Spencer's blog, he uses "pencils" as a metaphor for technology. The School Curriculum Instructional Interventionist Academic Specialist was voicing her concerns about pencils in regards to the students learning. She said that pencils would lower students test scores and pencils are only used for entertainment. The teacher or Tom was arguing that he can teach while using pencils and that his students will learn and be entertained. Often teachers think pencils don't hold educational value because most of the students use computers for entertainment purposes. Computers should be used in the classroom more often because it opens the doors and gives the answer to question that they may have in school and to any question the student might have. As teachers we must keep your students students attention because importation is going to me lost in their minds and learning might be encouraged. Gertrude said," They'll just use the supplies to play Hang Man. Such a sick and twisted game.!" Hangman can be used as a learning tool and their spelling words so there is an educational purpose behind the game.

Just Tarte-Life of an Educator
The blog was about the different lessons he has learned this year during the school year. He put a question at the end of his blog that made me think. His question was "What have you learned so far this school year?" The lessons I learned this year is a couple of things. The first thing I have learned was patience and time management. While in EDM 310, I learned how to manage my time and work on different things during the week. The other thing was control, that I cant control everything that I need to relax and let things just happened. The last thing, I learned was go into something that makes you happy. You must be happy in what you are doing.
The comment on his blog was "My name is Greta Miller. I am student in EDM 310 at the University of South Alabama. One thing on your list I always try to do is drop everything when your student wants to show you something. At home they probably do not have anyone to show the good things to."
The last two weeks of blog was questions while reading, How Full is your Bucket and What Great Teachers Do Differently. In the post he gives questions to people to make them think while reading the book. The two questions that stood out to me were,"Shine a light on what is right: Do you concentrate on success or failure (strengths or weaknesses and How can we make sure we treat all students and colleagues with respect and care?" I actually answered this in my comment to him, "To your question regarding if you should concentrate on your success or failure. My answer that is focus on both the reason because you can grow from your failures and you can learn from you success how to improve and make it better.." My answer to how we would treat all students with respect and care, I would treat them like my children because parents are enlisting you with them in your care for 30 hours a week and wanting you to give them all the knowledge they are going to need.Children have a desire and need to be included and to feel like they matter. I believe that children's basic needs must be met before they can be fully successful at learning. I believe that teachers have a very special calling and that they are accountable to society. Teachers have the responsibility to empower students to be life-long learners.

Richard Miller: This is How we Dream, Part One
Part One and Part Two of Richard Miller's video was about technology and writing about technology and how it constantly changing over time. He states, pens, paper, and people visiting to libraries are not going to exist as times change. During his video he shows how to use different multimedia site for document sharing and to do research. We have so much technology at our reach and many more are being is developed everyday. As a educator. I am prepared to have my student to be able to write with multimedia because children are already doing this when they write a paper for school. As a teacher, you need to keep up with the technology and understand how to use a computer. Most children can use a computer better than you can do.
Carly Pugh
Carly Pugh blog post gave students a way to be in charge of there own there learning. All of her videos were were related and had the same purpose. I watch all the videos on her playlist and added them to mine. The two videos that stood out to me were the anti-bullying ones because children are constantly bullied and this can be a way you can reach a child that is being bullied.
EDM 310 for Dummies
After watching the student videos, I would like to do a how to video on how to write a effective blog post. This is the part of the class that I have the most difficult time doing. Also, how to videos for students that are not using mac computers how to use those products.
Learning to Change and Change to Learn
After watching this video, I disagree with some of the comments made by some of the educators. Students are not "researching", "collecting data", and providing rich content when they are on a computer. They are using the social media site to find out what there friends are doing. If they are researching it is for a assignment for school that their teacher or professor has given to them. Some students research ideas when they do not know something. I do agree that classrooms needs to change and with the different technology that is coming out because children have there hand on a ton of information right at there finger tips.

Randy Pausch's Last Lecture
![]() |
| ttp://www.poetrygrrrl.com/2011/09/03/dreams-quote-by-walt-disney/ |
Revised Blog: October 18, 2011
Randy Paush is such a inspirational person to anyone who is watching the Last Lecture . He has found the time to share with people about achieving you dreams. In the beginning of his lecture, he discussed about his childhood dreams, helping other people achieve their own dreams and lessons he has learned along the way. There are couple of things that was said during the lecture that you can bring to your classroom and lessons you can learn for yourself.
The quotes that Dr. Paush suggested which you can use in the classroom or which will be useful to people personally are:
The first quote," You've got to get the fundamentals down because otherwise the fancy stuff isn't going to work. " How this is important to your classroom is we must make sure the students are understanding the foundation of what you are teaching before we go on and once we move on make sure we fall back on the fundamentals.
The second quote," But remember, the brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don’t want it badly enough. They’re there to stop the other people." To me this is the most important thing to teach kids and teach yourself that things are not always going to happen the way they want them. It how we make it out of it. That you can do anything you want if you put your mind too . That if a brick wall does happen it is how we get around that wall that is important.
The third quote is,"Decide if you’re Tigger or Eeyore. Never lose the childlike wonder. It’s just too important. It’s what drives us." Decide if you want to be happy or be sad and feel sorry for yourself. I choose to be happy no matter what life throws at me. Never give up on my goals of being a teacher.
The last thing he said that I will use is Get Feedback. This is the hardest skill I have had to learn. The reason is I get feedback I tend not to listen, I tend to listen to what I want to hear. I need to just sit there and listen to what the person has to say and I need to make change this because the person giving me the feedback has my best and not going to let me down.
C4T #2
My third blog was titled Learning Together, This blog was about educators connecting together in a workshop called Improving Reading Comprehension (K-3). The teachers meet together and discussed ideas from the field of early literacy. During day two of their seminar they used different Google Doc and Google Chat to collaborate with different ideas how to enhance literacy in the classroom and to also serve resources for further discussions and learning. My comment to the blog was, "My name is Greta Miller. I am student in EDM 310 at the University of South Alabama. I can see how beneficial Google doc can be used. The chat box can be used to communicate in teacher meetings instead of going to the meetings. Also, you can read the itinerary and add your own input into different topics that need to be discussed."
The title of this week C4T blog is “Rethinking School Design” The blog was about his training session at Google. He gave a quick snapshot of the different things that are found in the office. Some of the cool things that are found in Google that you can use in your own classroom are:· Lego Wall: It would give students a way to be creative and use their imagination
· Walls that have whiteboards: This would give students a way to sort out their feelings
· Clever Reminders not to do things: I would call this “Rules” Having rules in your classroom would create a happy environment for children to learn in, keep everyone relaxed and prevent stress, teacher can keep control of the class, make sure everyone is safe and make sure everyone can hear what the teacher is saying, and are learning
My comment on the blog was answering a question that was, “ What would your perfect school environment include?” My answer was “My name is Greta Miller. I am student in EDM 310 at the University of South Alabama. My perfect environment would include comfortable spot where students can go and read. Have plenty of books for students can read. Also, have a spot where students can be creative.”
Project 10
Project 10 Personal Learning Network
Before this assignment, I have never heard of PLN. After watching last weeks Youtube video on the little girl using Symbaloo. I have desided to begin using the program for my own. The thing I like about this program is that you can create as many tiles from a variety of resources. You can even personalize your own tile and add my own tiles from resources from the websites I used in my college career. In a Google Document, I began a personal resources with teaching professionals and C4T teachers.I also added there twitter accounts and added their blog accounts to my personal contacts.

Blog Post 6
Wendy Drexler: The Networked Student
The main purpose of this video was to allow students to be in control of learning process and have them give students a easy access to it through the internet. A Personal Learning Network becomes a student's virtual locker, and its content changes based on what the student's is currently learning in school. So their network would grow over a course of the students life and the student can go back and use that information from the past in his or her time now in college. When you construct a PLN it is a skill that gives students a driver's seat into their own learning and gives them a road map of which direction they should go in. I wish when I was in high school that I did one of these because writing a paper or looking up information would a whole lot easier. It also provides a way to build there own knowledge on different topics they are learning. The teachers role in this it provides guidance, giving the students a way to enhance the students learning through technology and let them find out on there own but also help them along their way.
When children are networked, Why do we need teachers? I am of the opinion that all teachers must know about everything and about anything and most of our teachers are not that, they are just there for the paycheck. Certainly one of the biggest challenge is making sure you are giving the students the correct method and the right information. I think that if a student is networked then they are connected to the rest of the world.
As reading Wendy Dexter Blog about the Network Student Challenges. She was having the students begin creating a PLN. I can see that their is going to be challenges while doing this project. Mistakes are going to be made while doing it but this is the only way she is going to learn and this is the only way the students are going to learn. If mistakes don't happen then her program is not working correctly.
A 7th Grader's Personal Learning Environment (or PLN)
After watching this 7th grader video, I found out the girl was very knowledgeable on the different science topics and the different places you can information and the different places you can create things through the internet.I believe that this is a interesting way to give student a amount of freedom to explore and learn. Students are like sponges they absorb all the technology and all the information that is given to them.
For my PLN, I am using Symbaloo because it helps me organize each of my bookmarks to help me easily find importation on any topics and at any time I can add topics and research ideas to it. The people I have found is through the people we received on Twitter and some of the people they are connected too. The sites I added were ones from previous classes that I have used for previous resources.

The sites I added were ones from previous classes that I have used for previous resources.

Don't Teach Your Kids This Stuff, Please? By Scott McLeod.
Mr. McLeod is a associate professor and director of Castle at the University of Kentucky. He is also a blogger, the title of his blog is Dangerously Irrelevant. His blog post about the pro and cons on technology in the classroom. This is very interesting subject because I believe that technology is very important in the classroom because it give students eyes into the outside world. Technology needs to monitored by the teacher.
The I School Initiative
The I School Initiative is a initiative to bring iPad or i phones into schools and make schools cost effective. He made some valid points in his presentation on the apps that they can utilize on the phones. The Applications that would be usable in the classroom are Email, Calender, I homework and Classics. These applications seem to have a way for the parent, student and teacher to be connected on the child homework and what is due for the class. Other benefits for using Classics in your classroom the child can not say they forgot there book at home or at school. There book is at there finger tips.
Other way I can see this save money is that parents would not have to go to Walmart and spend tons of money on school supplies. The downside to have this in your classroom is that students are going to be constantly looking at a computer screen. I would hope there would be some interaction and monitoring of what sites the children are on while in the classroom. I would think the cyber-bullying would go up if they had access to social networking sites during school hours.
Eric Whitacre's Virtual Choir
This is a amazing idea and a very innovative idea on bring people from all over through for one purpose that is music. This is a very interesting way to bring music and technology together. I would like to know how he created this and where did he find all the wonderful singers. The downside to having this as a choir is you are singing to one person not a group of people in a church, school or assembly. You do not have the crowded cheering you after you finish so you know you did a great job.
Teaching in the 21st Century
This video discuss teaching in the 21st century. Teaching in the 21st century is going to constantly changing. The students we are teaching are going to know more about technology then we as teacher are. As teacher we are going to have to be constantly ahead of ourselves because students are smart. There was a comment on the video that stood out to me it was" i think that students always need a teacher to direct them,.thy also need someone to show them how to evaluate the amount of info available on the internet." I agree with this because we need to show them were the correct information is available to use.

Eagle Nest Radio&Class Blog
This podcast was done by a third grade class, the podcast was done as a radio station podcast. This concept is a amazing idea to do with elementary schools it gives children a chance to create there own script and be able stay on topic. They also get to learn how to use different technologies.
A couple of ideas that might enhance this radio station broadcast is to incorporate sound effects or do there radio station in the time period they are learning about.
The benefits of podcasting in the classroom
This podcast was talking about the benefits of doing podcast in the classroom. According to Website some of the benefits are:
· an effective way of interacting with students outside of the classroom
· an effective way of interacting with students outside of the classroom
· a form of learning students of today are familiar with and therefore makes it relevant to them
· it allows for differentiation and project based learning
· students can access the higher order thinking skills in Bloom's taxonomy
· it promotes creativity and innovation
· it can offer distance learning opportunities for absent students
· the process of creating and uploading audio files is easy
· students can record role plays in character making their learning more memorable
· parents can see and hear what their children are doing at school
The one benefit that I would not agree with is posting the podcast online. If the student knows if they miss school they can get there podcast from online to me this seems like a reason for students to pretend to be sick and skip school. We don’t need to give students a reason to skip school. We need children in school everyday. I can see giving them the lecture after the student returns to school the next day with a doctor note or note from their parent. They can use the computer in the classroom and listen to the lecture on there own time. The benefit that I enjoy listening to about would be the interaction with students outside of the classroom. This is an interesting concept it lets students communicate with students outside of the community and out of the area. This idea lets students learn about different countries and different ways of life.
100 Ways to Use Your iPod to Learn and Study Better
This website showed us the 100 Ways to Use Your iPod to Learn and Study Better. The list is broke down into categories: study guides, podcast, tutorials, applications, downloads, and many more. All the topics I can see would be influential in the classroom because students in general can use all of these one way or other. I wish they had an application that made the textbook for college free because it get expensive paying for books. I can’t afford to pay for school and buy books. There are some courses I can see myself buying the book for the course. But they prices are so high.
In my ideal classroom, I would have the each of the students issued an ipad and have there books loaded on the ipad. The students would not have an excuse on why they didn’t read the chapter or could not complete a assignment.

http://www.eduratireview.com/2009/04/its-not-about-technology.html
After reading Kelly Hines article, the parts of the article that stood out were that all teachers and students come from different experiences. I believe every person is unique and no person is the same. We must be up to date on the current trends and the current things in the world because times are changing and students are going to know more than we do when it comes to technology. I have also used this line in teaching students “I don’t know why these kids don’t get it. I've taught it a hundred times" so I had to go back and figure out other way to teach that subject I was teaching. In my classroom, I taught my children how to draw a circle out of pudding. When we also don't understand how to use the technology it is best that we train ourselves in using the different technology that is offer in our school district so we can use that in our classroom.
http://thefischbowl.blogspot.com/2007/09/is-it-okay-to-be-technologically.html
After reading Karl Fish article, He stated "If a teacher today is not technologically literate - and is unwilling to make the effort to learn more - it's equivalent to a teacher 30 years ago who didn't know how to read and write. " Most older teachers are not going to want to make a change in learning new technology. Change to them means changing them as a teacher. I worked for a lawyer and his secretary did not want to use new the advance technology in scanning and inputting the files in a computer system because she said she was to old to understand technology. No one is to old to learn something new.

After watching Social Media Site change every second, what this means for my career is that technology is constantly changing and involving Facebook in new technology and social media sites are developing. It means you as a teacher need to be up to date on the new technology of today. Don't add your students to Facebook and do not post anything that you do not want you students to read.

After watching this video, it made me think not many teachers know there students. They might know there students but they do not know their students. As students, we come from different walks of life. Just getting to know the students can change the 10 percent that know our name. I think school should be cheaper so we can afford school so we wont be in 20,000 dollars in debt and making the books for the class cheaper because students cant afford it that just puts them more and more in debt.
Project 4- C4T
For my first C4T assignment, Scott Jelias , wrote about his summer and the upcoming goals he expects to achieve during the school year. My comment was just wishing him luck on his disseration and to write from the heart. It hard to lose track when you are writing what you believe in.
For my second C4T assignment, I had to look for other blog post because he hasnt posted a recent post so I read previous blog he wrote. This blog was about giving high school teachers and students what they needed to know when they finish high school. Some of the tips were:
For my second C4T assignment, I had to look for other blog post because he hasnt posted a recent post so I read previous blog he wrote. This blog was about giving high school teachers and students what they needed to know when they finish high school. Some of the tips were:
- Know what is valuable
- Learn how to learn
- Tackle interesting problems and be okay with messy situations
- Be Nice and play
The tip that stood out most in the whole blog was Life is really going to stink if you cant find something you love to do. When I graduated from my first bachelors I wish i picked a career I loved. Because i hated child development because i was stuck with a certain age group and a certain place to work with them. I always knew I wanted to teach and work with children. Never know a certain experience would open you eyes to a certain career.

Blog Post 2
Did you know
This video was about how technology is constantly involving. While watching this video, I noticed that human being are going to begin to get a lazy.We are going to let technology over run us. Technology should be a tool not but not take away from books and paper.
The point that stood out the most if social networks such as Myspace and Facebook were a country they would be the fifth largest country. That amazes me that we rely on social network sites to get in touch with people. What happened with the postcard or the handwritten letter.
Mr.Winkle Wakes
This video was a cartoon on how a man woke up and the world was overrun by technology. The thing that stood out the most in the video was that they didn't make the technology in the classroom change. Now classrooms have smart boards so technology is in the classroom and it is changing such as students are given iPad and Nooks instead of books. I personally would rather the book instead of a iPad because I like to write notes in the books.
Sir Ken Robinson: The Importance of Creativity
This video was a very interesting video because Sir Robinson was speaking about arts are not being forcused on. He said the creativity is important as literacy. I believe this important because if William Shakesphere and Edger Allen Poe wouldnt have creativity in writing, they wouldnt be able to write the most famous works and do it for years and we wouldnt be still reading it to this day.
Also, all schools how a hiractery in subjects and the arts are at the end. Why not focus on the arts it might streathen the other subjects in school. Children wouldnt live in there heads they would be able to use there creative outlet.
My definion of creativity is having a outlet for your imagation and creating something of value or not of value and generating ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others, and entertaining ourselves and others. Teacher always told me that I move to much but when my art teacher gave me a paint brush I had a outlet to express how I feeling on a eazel or a sheet of paper. The gift of human imagination is amazing what children can create or a human being can create that how most of out invention were created. By someone thinking of a idea, the idea became a dream and the dream became Disney World.
Cecelia Gault Interview Sir Ken Robinson
Celcelia interviewed Sir Ken Robinson and his answers to the question were interesting. What needs to be changed in schools. His answer was curriculum needs to change and focus on the arts. That answer was correct because we have lost our focus. We focus on math, english science and social studies but some kids arent excellent in those subjects,we need to fine something that the student doesn't get brushed aside. She also asked what is the myths on creativity and he answered only people have it, creativity is certain things, nothing we can do it. I can see how each of those things are myths because all people are creative but it just how we use it. We can be creative in all aspects of our lives and its not a certain thing. All careers are focus on making people creative it how they use the task that is given. His definition on Intelligence was incorrect intelligence is not just how we solve problems it is also how we develop the ideas and how we use those skills. If she was in my classroom we first idenify what skills she is good at and focus on that area and bring it into all the other subjects.
Vicki Davis: Harness Your Students' Digital Smarts.
Vicki Davis video was a video on how we can make sure our students are technology literate. But I have a rebultal with her theory, there is tons of technology in the classroom. What about a dictionary because if they constantly looking up the words on the interent what happened to teaching them different words and telling the class as a whole what they mean. Also, students know how to use a computer and any technology better than most teachers. It is important to use them in the classroom but not all the time.

Blog Post 1
My name is Greta Miller. This is my first year at USA. I am from Biloxi,Mississippi. I am the oldest of five girls. My parents are divorced and it has been hard dealing with the divorce but you cant blame yourself. I currently have my bachelors degree in child development. I am going back to school because there is not money in child care and I didn't feel called to the age group I was working with. When not in school, I enjoy drawling and painting because it takes my mind away from everything that is going in my life.
I remember the first time I watched Dr. Randy Pausch was when I watched his last lecture on YouTube. I cried my eyes out because how powerful is message and the thing that stood out about his lecture was,"Brick walls are there for a reason. they let us prove how badly we wants around it." While watching his lecture on time management the things that stood out was when he said we have a hard time dealing with time. I have a hard time setting a time to do things. Also, about making a plan how you have to have a plan if you are plan on changing it. I have a plan and it okay if something changes out of the plan because its life and life changes everyday.
